Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CX & Operations Co-ordinator to support our growing retail and ecommerce business. This role combines customer
service, ecommerce operations, import logistics, merchandising, and wholesale support. You will help
deliver an excellent experience for both online and in-store customers while supporting key operational areas that keep our ecommerce and wholesale channels running smoothly.
Customer Service (Online & In-Store)
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely and
professional manner
• Assist customers in-store, providing product advice and delivering a welcoming retail experience
• Support fulfilment of online and Click & Collect orders ensuring accurate picking, packing, and
preparation
• Resolve customer issues including delivery delays, refunds, exchanges, and product enquiries
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and help improve support processes
• Track recurring customer issues to improve the overall customer experience.
Import & Inventory Coordination
• Assist with coordinating imports from international suppliers
• Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers
• Maintain records of incoming inventory and delivery timelines
• Support stock management and inventory updates
Wholesale Support
• Proactively source and develop new retail and wholesale leads, identifying partnership opportunities to support business growth and market expansion
• Process wholesale orders and ensure accurate fulfilment
• Assist with wholesale catalogues and pricing updates
• Support onboarding and relationship management with wholesale partners
* Communicate with wholesale accounts and respond to retailer enquiries

Requirements
• 5 years experience in customer service, ecommerce operations, or retail
• Strong understanding of the Sculpt Activewear brand and community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for proactive problem-solving and improving customer experiences
* Comfortable interacting with online and in-store customers
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across customer service and operations
Desirable
* Familiarity with wholesale sales or B2B order management
* Experience with import logisitics or international suppliers
* Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
