We are working with a PRU school in Milton Keynes that is looking for committed and motivated Learning Support Assistants who are interested in building a long-term career in education.

About the role:
Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Working closely with teaching staff to help pupils engage with learning
Building positive relationships and acting as a strong role model
The ideal candidate:
Is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in education
Has previous experience working with children or young people or strong transferable skills (e.g. youth work, sports coaching, care work, mentoring, or similar)
Is resilient, patient, and keen to develop professionally
