We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Administrator to join our dynamic Operations team. The role is based in Cheadle, Cheshire.
To achieve this, your functions will be the following:
* First response to consumer queries.
* Customer credits.
* Obtaining POD documents.
* Prioritising and responding to customer complaints.
* Escalating complaints internally where necessary.
* Responsible for switchboard.
* Handle sample requirements internally for all teams.
* To assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports.
* Franking machine duties.
* Assisting other departments in general administration duties.
Knowledge and characteristics required:
* 3 years working in an Administration role.
* Working with database systems.
* Strong office and Excel skills required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
