The role of a Territory Sales Consultant offers an excellent opportunity to drive sales and increase product awareness within assigned B&Q stores.
Covering Farnborough, Basingstoke, Slough, Guildford & Leatherhead, the position involves working 5 days over 7, with 2 Saturdays per month. Candidates must reside in these areas.
This role is ideal for sales professionals with retail sales or service experience, especially those who have coached or mentored others.

Main tasks include:
1. Building strong relationships with store associates and management.
2. Conducting product knowledge training sessions, including features, benefits, and selling skills, possibly with product demos.
3. Promoting the brand and products to store teams and consumers.
4. Identifying upselling opportunities and maximizing store resources.
5. Maintaining signage, displays, and merchandising materials.
6. Using CRM to document sales activities.
7. Organizing events to promote products and increase sales.
8. Executing in-store activations and business activities successfully.
9. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements include:
* Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or merchandising.
* Experience coaching and mentoring others.
* Face-to-face retail sales experience.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
* Valid driver’s license.
