Job Title: Support Worker Full Time

Pay: £12.86 £13.10 per hour (dependent on experience) 35 hours or 40 hours a week
Hours: Full time, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to adults with varying disabilities.
* Assist with daily living tasks and activities.
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
* Support service users in engaging with community activities.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (preferred).
* Full, clean driving license is preferred.
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
