Team Leader - Pensions Projects

You will collaborate with another Team Leader responsible for repeatable project deliveries and a technical lead. Plan and control client-based billable projects, reporting progress to clients and WTW Operations Management. Monitor projects and ensure reports are produced within deadlines. Support the repeatable project delivery team to enable new deliverables. Build and maintain technical, procedural, and client knowledge. Serve as a reference point for project-related queries. Lead more complex or project work as required. Collaborate with the Administration Manager and BAU team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through automation and process improvements. Keep team members informed of procedural and benefit changes. Contribute to change control processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, including testing and deployment. Identify offshore opportunities, manage transitions, and oversee quality control. Identify potential billable project opportunities to maximize revenue. Support process efficiency gains that are not client chargeable. Maintain and develop relationships with clients and relevant teams. Implement actions from Post Project reviews, assessing impacts on other clients. Ensure client work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Monitor work allocation to ensure service levels are achieved. Drive best practices and continuous improvements. Coach and develop colleagues, and enhance team performance. Maintain professionalism with internal and external contacts to promote our brand. Participate in recruitment and selection processes. Work with your team to foster a positive working environment.
