Duties:
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key target sectors (restaurants, hotels, healthcare, etc.)
* Build and maintain a strong network within the foodservice industry
* Generate and follow up on leads, both self-sourced and from other areas of the business
* Develop and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and product solutions
* Negotiate commercial terms and close new business with confidence
* Ensure a smooth on-boarding process and develop the initial sales basket with new clients
* Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, account management) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
1. A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in foodservice, hospitality, or catering supply
2. A strong existing network of contacts in the foodservice or hospitality sector
3. Commercially savvy, with the ability to identify customer pain points and provide real solutions
