Trainee Plumber - Salisbury
Position: Trainee Plumber
Location: Salisbury, England, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to £30,000 + excellent benefits and full training program.
What You’ll Be Doing (with Full Training And Supervision)
* Assisting experienced plumbers with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
* Learning to identify and rectify minor plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and faulty components.
* Helping with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitaryware.
* Understanding and applying health and safety procedures in a commercial environment.
* Supporting the team with general upkeep and organization of tools and equipment.
* Learning to complete basic paperwork and reports accurately.
* Observing and participating in various plumbing tasks to build your practical skills.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in plumbing and a desire to learn a trade.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to take instruction.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Basic understanding of tools and practical tasks is a plus, but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is desirable, but not essential for this static role.
