Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to meet the unique needs of the pupil.
* Assist the pupil's engagement in classroom activities and learning.
* Implement targeted strategies to help the pupil reach their educational goals.
* Build a positive, supportive relationship with the pupil.
* Collaborate with the class teacher and maintain effective communication with parents to track progress.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children.
* Experience in an SEN setting.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
* Ability to provide 2 recent professional references.
