Focus entirely on running small-group intervention sessions for Maths and English (KS2/KS3 level content). Ideal for a graduate considering teaching or a specialist subject enthusiast. This role does not involve general classroom TA duties but is dedicated to small group and one-to-one booster sessions outside the main classroom, using pre-prepared materials. Success is measured by the progress made by the targeted students. Requirements and Qualifications Strong academic background (Degree or A-Level equivalent) in English or Maths. Experience tutoring or running small-group academic interventions. Excellent ability to motivate and break down complex concepts into simple steps.
