About The Role

Instead of working in one department, we’re seeking Team Members to work across different resort teams to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.
As an SIA Licensed Team Member Plus, you will work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, covering bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, aligned with our Clean and Fault Free program. You will then work in the Resort Safety (Security) department on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, leaving your weekends free – unless you wish to work more hours.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments and enjoy variety that few other roles can provide, with remuneration to match.
Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.
About You
We’re looking for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with a like-minded team. Previous security experience is desirable but not essential. It is essential that you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License & a valid UK driving license. A CCTV license would be advantageous.
