This role focuses on remote sales activity, opportunity development, and proactive account management to drive revenue growth.**Responsibilities*** Develop and grow business with Bronze and other designated customer accounts through effective account management and sales strategies.* Maximise revenue through range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing initiatives.* Execute end-to-end remote sales activity, including preparing proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders, negotiating terms, closing deals, and responding to RFQs.* Identify high-potential accounts and develop targeted strategies to convert prospects into active customers.* Proactively identify, prioritise, and contact new and existing prospects to generate growth opportunities.* Manage customer-related initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.* Complete all required sales activity reporting and documentation in line with internal processes.**Key Skills & Competencies*** Strong commercial and sales acumen* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Proven experience in account management or internal sales* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively* Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools* Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approachBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
