Job Description: Team Leader
Salary: £13.01 per hour (£16,236.48 per annum)
Working Hours: 24 hours per week

The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will promote person-centred support, maintaining individuals' potential and independence. You will manage staff and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Your role includes fostering respectful and cooperative work relationships, supporting clients to live with dignity and confidence.
Responsibilities
* Overall staff management and development.
* Leading staff to promote clients' well-being, safety, and quality of life.
* Monitoring and assisting with activities aligned to client goals and outcomes.
* Coordinating communication with external parties.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, legislation, and standards.
* Achieving individual objectives.
* Participating in on-call duties.
Qualities Needed
* Respectful, empathetic, and honest attitude.
* Kindness and friendliness.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
* Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
