HR Advisor, Permanent Opportunity - Hybrid Working Model Excellent Benefits I am delighted to be working with my client on the Permanent Hire of an HR Advisor for their established, award-winning HR Team. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with talented colleagues to shape an exceptional employee experience and contribute the overall Team. Day-to-day of the role: Provide proactive, solution-focused HR advice, supporting managers and employees in a dynamic environment Handle Employee Relations issues including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances up to dismissal Coach managers on absence management and performance management conversations, promoting a culture of continuous learning Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple teams to attract suitable candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience Deliver engaging induction sessions for employees and managers Collaborate on HR or business projects to enhance employee experience and meet evolving business needs Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NI and ROI legislation Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information Develop and analyse HR reports and metrics to inform team decisions and contribute to management and Board reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Third level qualification in HR, Business, or a related field At least 2 years of HR generalist experience in an advisory capacity Strong working knowledge and practical application of NI employment legislation Experience working in a fast-paced/dynamic organisation Desirable Criteria: CIPD qualification or working towards it Knowledge of ROI employment legislation Experience using Workday HCM Full driving license and access to a car Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth through Learning and Development programmes Inclusive work environment that champions diversity Participation in community and environmental initiatives To apply for the HR Advisor position, please submit your CV to me ASAP or give me a call on for an initial chat.
