Fabrication Foreman – Welding & Fabrication
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pertemps Wolverhampton is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business that is continuing to grow and expand this year and into the New Year. Due to increased workload and ongoing investment, an experienced Fabrication Foreman is required to join the team. This role is suitable for someone with a strong background in welding and fabrication, experience supervising a small team, and who is looking for a stable role with long-term prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading a small welding and fabrication team
MIG welding and hands-on fabrication work
Fabrication of structural steel components
Communicating with the office regarding job schedules, incoming work, and deliveries
Requirements:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication
Strong MIG welding experience
Structural steel fabrication knowledge preferred
Previous experience supervising or running a small team
Good communication and organisational skills
