Optical Assistant - Wirral 37.5 Hours - Optical Experience Required

Salary: starting from £25,350
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days) Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Location: The Wirral (both high street locations)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly, professional manner
* Assisting patients with frame selection and explaining lens options (without sales pressure)
* Performing routine pre-screening tasks such as visual acuity checks and basic tests
* Delivering excellent patient care in a professional and friendly manner
* Being an active, supportive member of a small, close-knit team
About You:
* Experience as an Optical Assistant is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* A proactive, team-focused approach
* Attention to detail and dedication to excellent service
