Working in a front of house role, you will be carrying out a reception based role with some admin support. Duties will include: Answering incoming calls on switchboard and transferring to the right person Meeting and greeting visitors Managing the security barrier access for the car park Assisting with general admin and invoicing We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous reception / phone based office experience Excellent communication skills Confident telephone manner Professional and presentable in appearance Able to commit to a temporary role for at least a month Due to the office location, you will realistically need your own transport What's in it for me as a Receptionist?
