Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Altrincham, Greater Manchester joining an award-winning practice, covering education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, and later-living sectors. For this role, they are offering a range of benefits up to £45,000, Hybrid and Paid memberships
This company currently has around 50 employees in their Northern HQ but also operates out of a smaller southern office. This year marked their 40th anniversary and they are now looking to expand the team due to this continued success and strong pipeline of work.
Role & Responsibilities
1. You will take a technical lead on residential projects, and management, and collaborate with the wider design and technical team members, you will be reporting to the director of residential
2. Build strong client relationships and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
3. Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality completion within budget
4. Maintain effective communication and foster collaboration with all project stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Experience
5. 5+ years of UK experience post-qualification
6. Experience working on multi-unit residential, Social housing, or retirement living projects
7. Working from RIBA stage 2 onward with project teams providing technical support
8. Strong client-facing skills and comfortably take the lead in meetings and presentations to clients and stakeholders
9. CIAT
10. Proven experience running and managing projects and teams
11. Proficiency working in Revit and AutoCAD.
