A rapidly expanding UK leisure operator is hiring a Regional HR Business Partner to support one of the most exciting growth phases in the sector.
This is not a policy driven HR role. This is a true commercial partnering position where you will influence senior operational leaders, shape people strategy, and directly support the scaling of a multi site business.

The role:
You will partner with regional leadership teams across multiple locations, ensuring the people strategy supports commercial performance.
Expect a mix of strategic influence and hands on delivery.

• Partnering senior managers to improve engagement, retention, and performance
• Coaching leaders to build stronger management capability
• Leading complex employee relations with confidence and credibility
• Supporting high volume recruitment during expansion
• Driving consistency in HR practice across sites
• Contributing to succession planning and leadership development
• Ensuring the business remains legally robust and operationally effective
What we are looking for
• Proven HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience
• Multi site background within hospitality, leisure, or retail
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
• Comfortable operating at pace in a growing business
• Visible, approachable, and relationship led
