The Role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially astute Clinic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. This is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence while championing an outstanding patient journey. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and leadership to a growing team—driving results, improving systems, and helping the clinic thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of daily clinic operations to deliver a seamless, five-star client experience
* Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing, motivated team
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to meet business objectives
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, health and safety standards, and industry protocols
* Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to maintain exceptional clinical standards
* Implement efficient systems and processes to support business growth and continuous improvement
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the clinic’s reputation for excellence and discretion
About You
* Previous experience in clinic, spa, retail or hospitality management preferred; healthcare or aesthetic experience ideal but not essential
* A natural leader with strong HR and people management capabilities
* Commercially minded with sound financial acumen and business development flair
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven
* A working knowledge of CQC and compliance procedures would be advantageous
