🎯 What You'll Do:
 * Manage online referrals with prompt response times
 * Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
 * Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
 * Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
 * Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
📋Essential Requirements:
 * Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
 * Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
 * Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
 * Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
 * Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
 * Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller
🎓 Ideal Experience:
 * Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
 * Assessment and support planning expertise
 * Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
 * Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
 * Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
 * IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
