We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Witham, starting straight after the Easter break.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them feel confident, understood, and ready to learn.
The role:
* Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
* Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience supporting children with SEN (ASD/ADHD experience desirable)
* Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable
* Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Is reliable and passionate about making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
