Are you a Programme Manager who thrives on establishing order and driving delivery inplex environments? We’re seeking an interim professional to lead theernance set-up and oversight for several new programmes of work with a major organisation in West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Delivery: Run planning workshops, create detailed delivery plans, and ensure all programmes are set up for success from day one.
2. Monitoring & Facilitation: Oversee adherence toernance processes, monitor progress, and facilitate working groups to keep delivery on track.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Use your excellentmunication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration and buy-in across teams.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine processes and deliver greater value throughout the programme lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of designing and implementingernance structures.
6. Skilled in planning, running workshops, and translating strategy into actionable plans.
7. Confident facilitator, able to monitorpliance and keep teams aligned and motivated.
8. Excellentmunicator, adept at building relationships and driving engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
9. Regulatory experience is helpful but not essentialernance and delivery expertise are the priority.
