Your new company An innovative biotech company with a global footprint is seeking an FP&A Manager to support its financial planning and analysis function across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role, reporting to the Head of FP&A, and offers the opportunity to contribute to financial strategy in a fast-paced, science-driven environment. Your new role Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across EMEA Develop and enhance KPIs and reporting tools to improve performance visibility Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and operations to align planning with business goals Support improvements in financial modelling, systems, and processes Contribute to cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and scenario planning Assist with CapEx planning and lease accounting (IFRS 16), in collaboration with asset and accounting teams What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) 5 years' FP&A experience, ideally within international or matrixed environments Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with planning tools (e. TM1, Oracle) is a plus.
