What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering 1:1 and small group support within a High Dependency Unit
* Using structured strategies such as ABA and PECS to support learning and communication
* Working in partnership with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to adapt learning plans
* Engaging in training and development to continually grow your skills
* Contributing positively to a collaborative and caring team environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience with SEN, ABA, or autism support is desirable but not essential
* Organised, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
* A strong communicator who works well with pupils, staff, and families
* Passionate about helping neurodiverse learners develop confidence and independence
