This Senior Care Support Worker opportunity is working for a highly reputable and rapidly expanding domiciliary business that promotes and encourage its staff to reach their full potential. Continuous training and support will be provided.
As Senior Care Support Worker you will:
* Work within a service users own home covering the Bishops Stortford and Ware areas
* Deliver flexible assistance to service users enabling them to live as independently as possible, encouraging autonomy while maintaining dignity, choice, and respect at all times.
* Provide personal help to service users, engaging socially, preparing meals, ensure a balanced diet and carry out household and cleaning tasks.
We are keen to speak to people about this Senior Care Support Worker opportunity who have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience of working within the domiciliary care sector in a Senior Support Worker/Senior Care Assistant role or similar.
2. Must be flexible for weekends and working shifts
3. Full driving licence and own transport with the ability to travel within the community setting - ESSENTIAL
4. Good comprehension of the English language with the ability to communicate at all levels effectively.
