Are you an experienced Finance Manager or SME Accountant looking for a hands-on role in a successful, privately owned business? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role as the current Finance Manager prepares for retirement, with a rare three-month handover period for a smooth transition. You’ll oversee the day-to-day finance function, including management accounts, payroll, pensions, VAT, banking, and reporting. You’ll also manage accounting software and IT. Commercial input on product pricing and utilities is also part of the role. We're seeking someone with a similar background in a small to medium sized business – who has overseen accounts alongside some IT management. We require strong excel skills and ideally experience working in the manufacturing or a similar sector. Office-based. Part-time (3–4 days) considered. Full-time salary equivalent: £52k
