About the Role You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a multi-module leadership programme, supporting five cohorts through both virtual and in-person sessions. Your responsibilities will include logistics management, participant communication, and light co-facilitation during immersive activities. Key Responsibilities Onsite Support & Light Co-Facilitation:Assist with team exercises and immersive activities during programme modules. Full Onsite Logistics Management: Liaise with venuesPrepare materials for activities and immersionsCoordinate catering and evening eventsEnsure a seamless participant experience Participant Communication:Manage end-to-end communications, including: Pre-work and intersession assignmentsLogistics updatesImpact evaluation follow-ups Programme Execution:Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth delivery across all modules.
