Can you bring Change expertise alongside Project Management capability About the role This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to deliver excellent Business Change outcomes. You will design and deliver clear, practical implementation strategies, assess change impacts, shape readiness plans, and support leaders through complex change. You will also help build change capability across the University by coaching colleagues, sharing good practice, and setting clear standards for what good looks like. You can also expect to do the following: Take responsibility for benefits realisation Partner with leaders and teams to develop and deliver practical, joined-up plans covering engagement, communications, readiness, transition and adoption Support leaders and teams through complex change support the management of projects end-to-end, including scope, plans, risks, dependencies and governance in a traditional or agile Project Management approach Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Stay close to delivery, adapting plans, supporting people and removing obstacles as they arise What we're looking for We are keen to hear from people who: Are motivated and driven to deliver Are pragmatic change management practitioners who can champion the team's change management approach Enjoy taking ownership of outcomes and seeing work through from idea to business-as-usual Communicate clearly and with confidence Build trusted stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively Can coach teams and individuals through uncertainty and transition Plan in a joined-up and disciplined way, aligning project delivery with change, communications, training and benefits Are comfortable flexing between change management and looking to develop skills in project management as well Experience of managing projects, either formally or as part of change roles, will be an advantage.
