We are recruiting for an Asset Maintenance - Field Performance Manager responsible for the safe, compliant operation and maintenance of all ICA assets within a specific geographical area for the wastewater function. The role involves leading a team of approximately 20 members, focusing on operational management, performance, and development.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a budget of approximately £2m
* Overseeing capital delivery projects upon completion
* Monitoring performance across approximately 1200 sites
* Following established procedures for finance and information requests
* Setting and achieving annual targets in collaboration with the Area Manager
* Solving routine issues using experience and judgment
* Addressing customer issues and site failures, escalating incidents such as pollution as needed
* Driving change and innovation to improve compliance and productivity
* Communicating effectively with the team and stakeholders
* Collaborating with other District Managers and external bodies
* Managing contractor engagement risks
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legislative standards
* Representing the company to regulatory bodies and the media
* Managing incidents and events in and out of hours
