multi-award winning events and publishing
global media company.
They create and organise the most
innovative and stylish consumer and trade events both domestically and internationally
.
They are now looking for a Social Media Manager.
The primary purpose of the Social Media Manager role is to manage and coordinate brand social media channel content activity and community management.
You will be working across the whole portfolio, doing year-round social media content, including event focused and non-event focused content series.
This includes creating, scheduling, and publishing content with a strong emphasis on video, responding to comments and messages, and working alongside other social media team members to coordinate and share tasks and other company departments, external creators, and suppliers on creating high-performing content.
The Candidate
This role would a candidate with 2-3 years' experience minimum, who has proven success on either agency or brand side, managing, creating, producing or delivering content to achieve specific social media results. Meeting objectives for brand partner-produced content subject to client agreements.
Experienced at delivering a reasonable volume of video content involving shooting, editing, and video channel management. Awareness of paid media is a plus, awareness of channel and cultural trends should come naturally.

Proficiency in video shooting and editing for social media including YouTube, iPhone, DSLR, FinalcutPro, Adobe, Capcut, Canva, etc.
