Maintenance Technician
Northampton | £40,000 | Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)
Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping heavy industrial machinery running safely and efficiently?
We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business based in Northampton. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of industrial processing equipment, playing a key role in maximising uptime and supporting production demands.
What you'll be doing:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across site machinery
* Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, repairs, and component replacement
* Complete electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and root cause analysis (3-phase systems)
* Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot heavy-duty processing equipment
* Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and disruption
* Carry out machinery modifications, adjustments, and improvements
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment
* Uphold and promote high Health & Safety standards at all times
