Job Title: Plumber

About the role
Chelsea Bridge Wharf is looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our development, ensuring all plumbing systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
You'll be responsible for both scheduled and reactive plumbing maintenance, diagnosing issues, providing quotes, and keeping accurate records via the company's mobile reporting system. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider team.
What You'll Do
* Carry out daily plumbing inspections and maintenance across the building according to the scheduler
* Diagnose plumbing issues and provide quotes where required
* Undertake reactive plumbing tasks, including leak investigations, water tank cleaning, and other ad hoc maintenance
* Produce accurate job reports using the company's mobile app
* Drive safely around London and complete site visits efficiently
* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
* Support the team with multi-trade tasks as needed, including:
* Carpentry repairs (doors and windows)
* Basic locksmith tasks (adjusting locks and door closers)
* Roofing, guttering, and drainage repairs
* Small-scale decoration works, including flooring installation
* Signage installation
* One-off ad hoc maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For
* Full UK clean driving licence (essential)
* Previous plumbing experience in a residential or commercial setting
* Knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and methods
* Professional customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and team-working skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable (training can be provided):
* CSCS card
* Experience with multi-trade maintenance tasks
