Mobile Supervisor
London/Ravenswood

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Mobile Working Supervisor to lead a team of engineers across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and maintenance delivery.
This is a field-based position where you’ll oversee mobile engineers, coordinate workloads, and provide hands-on technical support. You’ll play a key role in delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support mobile engineers across multiple locations
* Deliver and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across all trades
* Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety briefings, and site inspections
* Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work
* Plan, schedule, and quality-check maintenance tasks
* Respond to reactive issues with a “first-time fix” mindset
* Support testing & inspection activities (EICRs, remedials)
* Monitor contractor performance and SLA adherence
* Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent)
* Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
* Experience with audits, inspections, and Toolbox Talks
* Skilled in managing PPM schedules and reactive workloads
* Testing & inspection experience (2391 desirable)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused mindset
