Service Care Solutions is supporting a reputable non-profit provider in recruiting a Recovery Worker. In this role, you will support individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly motivated, and able to recognize and foster positivity and potential in service users.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Worker:
1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum requirements for a Recovery Worker:
1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
2. Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
3. Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
