Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of a medium sized housing developer based in the heart of Hampshire. They operate across the New Forest in various locations and have an excellent build reputation in the market. They now seek a sales advisor to join the company on a permanent basis, based on their brand-new site in New Milton. This will be to start asap.
Responsibilities
* Managing the sales process
* Handling customer enquiries
* Showcasing properties
* Negotiating sales
* Coordinating with external sources such as attorneys or financial advisors
* Setting up and maintaining show homes
* Providing excellent customer service
* Producing sales reports
* Attracting visitors to sites via marketing
* Holding events
* Learning what the business deals and strategies are
* General day to day enquiries from prospective buyers
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Experience in sales and housing
* Target driven
* Strong communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Great attention to detail
* Strong understanding of the property market
Details
Start asap, salary £30k-£32k DOE, commission up to £12,000 per annum + a completion bonus up to £4,000 per annum, working days Thursday to Monday 9.45am - 5.15pm, permanent role on site in New Milton. Career progression opportunities and a company with an excellent reputation.
