This role is all about building supportive, trusted relationships and helping customers feel confident and comfortable throughout their vehicle's service or repair journey. You’ll be responsible for: Welcoming customers and clearly explaining what they can expect from their visit, helping maintain the positive relationships we’ve built with our loyal customer base and strong retention levels Keeping customers updated in a calm, consistent and reassuring way throughout their visit Sharing any relevant products or services that could support their needs Ensuring each customer leaves feeling satisfied and well‑informed about the work carried out. What We’re Looking For Experience as a Service Advisor isn’t essential — if you’re eager to learn, we’ll help you develop the skills you need. However, you will need: At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
