Overview

Kandidly is a young start-up (established 2018) focused on Paid Media, with offices on Fleet Street in central London and flexible hybrid/remote work options. The team works across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube and Amazon, serving diverse clients across Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, Travel and more.

We are selective about our clients and team, seeking an ambitious Paid Media expert to join us on our journey.

We are open to hybrid (office up to 2 days a week) or fully remote arrangements.

Location: London, UK (remote options available).


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Paid Media expert with 2 - 3 years experience and a strong grasp of both Paid Search and Paid Social campaign planning and management. This role could suit an Account Executive seeking a step up or an Account Manager seeking a new challenge.

What you will be doing

In the heart of the action at Kandidly, the Paid Media Account Manager will orchestrate Paid Search and Paid Social strategies for our clients. You will own client communications via email and regular calls, with occasional in-person meetings.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

* Develop and execute Paid Search and Social strategies, collaborating with the Director in strategy review meetings
* Plan, launch, and manage campaign journeys aligned with client briefs and our standards
* Optimize campaigns for direct response, troubleshoot issues, and meet client targets

Client Management

* Serve as day-to-day client contact with a deep understanding of clients, their customers and campaign goals
* Build strong client relationships, address queries promptly, and lead client calls with insights
* Execute Best Practices, regularly review clients’ advertising accounts, and prepare for upcoming initiatives
* Lead weekly/bi-weekly or monthly meetings to deliver insights and strategic guidance

Team Management & Development

* Delegate tasks to Account Executives and manage workloads for campaign activities
* Oversee technical development of the Account Executive team, providing training and feedback


Skills & Requirements

* Paid Search: Craft and execute plans for Search & PMAX campaigns
* Paid Social: Experience in planning and executing performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS), including catalogue campaigns
* Organisational Dynamo: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Team Management: Coaching ability and effective leadership
* Presentation Magic: Confidence in delivering engaging presentations
* Team Development: Proven track record of developing team members
* Performance Optimisation: Ability to fine-tune client activities to hit KPIs
* People Whisperer: Strong interpersonal and client-servicing skills
* Analytical Data Nerd: Numerical and analytical capabilities with Excel and tools like Looker Studio
* Challenge Conqueror: Logical, proactive approach to solving problems
* Industry Explorer: Proactively explore industry developments and share insights
* Confident Client Manner: Professional, clear communication with proactive solutions
