Job Title Bakery Operative | Location Avonmouth (BS11 8DQ) Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts. 2 days, 2 nights So what’s it all about? As a Production Operative, quality will be at the forefront of everything you do to help us create excellent bread products much loved by the nation. You will be working on machinery within our bread factories, baking high quality products that exceed our customer expectations, as well as achieving our production and service targets. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be flexible and have the ability to work well within a team. The Key Requirements You’re enthusiastic about working for Hovis! You’ll have a willing, positive attitude with good attention to detail. Experience gained within a fast paced, quality driven environment (ideally manufacturing or FMCG but not essential.) This isn't a standard Monday to Friday, 9-5 role; instead, we’re offering a ‘4 on, 4 off shift pattern’ scheduled to work only half of the year; ideal if you enjoy a few days off in a row to balance out work and home.
