Salary £28,000 - £30,000 – depending on experience
Monday to Friday – 40 hrs per week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-established and reputable business in Telford for a Warehouse Administrator. This varied role will see you supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, working closely with internal teams, and ensuring accurate administration and communication throughout. It’s an ideal position for someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities:
* Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions within the warehouse
* Serving as a central contact for internal queries, ensuring they are handled promptly and effectively
* Managing correspondence via phone and email with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
* Preparing, updating, and maintaining weekly reports and spreadsheets
* Completing accurate data input and keeping stock and delivery records up to date
* Coordinating with warehouse, transport, and office teams to maintain efficient operations
* Assisting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within a warehouse administration or similar administrative position
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities with good IT proficiency, particularly with spreadsheets
* Capable of working independently and prioritising workload to meet deadlines
* A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to get involved
* Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous, though not essential
