Working with Mid-Market and Corporate clients, your expertise will help businesses navigate complex commercial risks. You'll take ownership of managing clients' insurance needs, handling everything from renewals to mid-term adjustments and quotations.
What you'll do
You'll deliver a top-tier service to clients, working closely with Account Executives to provide comprehensive insurance solutions for mainly existing clients, but also some new ones. Clients will vary from smaller businesses to large corporates, giving you a broad range of experience.
You'll ensure all documentation for placing, amending, or renewing insurance programmes is completed promptly and accurately, enhancing your attention to detail and time management skills. You'll also help maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, which will strengthen your reputation in the industry.
What you'll need
* Experience in account handling within a commercial insurance setting, along with solid technical knowledge.
* Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent relationship-building skills to manage and grow client interactions.
