Head Chef – The Keppoch, CullodenWe’re building something special at The Keppoch.Set beside the historic battlefield at Culloden, we’re creating a modern Highland pub focused on proper food, good ingredients, and a kitchen that delivers consistently, even when it’s busy.We’re looking for a Head Chef to take real ownership of the kitchen. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small team, run a strong service, and keep standards high day in, day out.You’ll work closely with the owner on menu development, systems, and building a team that takes pride in what they do.
