Operations Service Analyst required to support BAU operations and ensure stability of Sales Service applications, CRM platforms, and integrated systems in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on support of BAU operations across production applications and integrations
* Support .NET applications, AWS environments, and Salesforce (incl. Salesforce Shield)
* Manage incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA targets
* Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution
* Monitor system health, performance, and service stability
* Support integrations, APIs, and smaller application ownership (end-to-end)
* Coordinate across business, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors
* Maintain SOPs, run books, and operational documentation
* Support release, change, and deployment activities
* Contribute to governance, reporting, and compliance
