Our client is a well-established company specialising in equipment and clothing for outdoors sports. They are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Executive to on a remote basis with their friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry. This position is a 4-months Fixed-Term Contract until 26th February 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing customer service support in English and German.
Handling and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Providing sales support, such as processing orders, handling refunds and exchanges, liaising with other teams to ensure the correct processing of all orders, etc.
Offering translation support for marketing and corporate materials.
Supporting the independent sales representatives across the relevant markets.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
Profile:
Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
Great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Great organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
