Painter and Decorator Required – Swindon
Experienced Painter and Decorator required in the Swindon area to work with a busy contractor to do maintenance in void social housing properties.
This is a really exciting contract role paying up to £22ph using your own van.
6 weeks work initially.
Painter and DecoratorDay to Day:
1. Maintenance work/ disrepair on empty social housing properties
2. Turning properties around ready for the next tenant
3. Painting and decorating – all aspects
4. Some external painting work possibly
5. Working alongside a multi trade to get the work complete
6. Working to a given spec
7. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Painter and DecoratorRequirements:
8. Good painting experience
9. NVQ in Painting (desired)
10. Manual handling – can be completed prior to start
11. Working at heights – can be completed prior to start
12. DBS – can be completed prior to start
13. Asbestos Awareness – can be completed prior to start
14. Good attitude
15. Honest and reliable
