We're looking for an Office Manager to join our UKPN team based in Gerrards Cross region.

Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Hours:
40 Hours per week, Permanent, Full Time
What will you be responsible for?
As an Office Manager, you'll work within the UKPN team, supporting the implementation of project administration procedures and coordinating the duties of the project administration team. You will manage the day-to-day running of project offices (where applicable), facilities, and support services.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Invoice matching and processing
2. Cost Capture & Control
3. Recording and processing payroll information, labour allocation, and managing labour-only subcontractors
4. Cost Monitoring and Reporting
5. Reception duties as required
What are we looking for?
This role of Office Manager is ideal if you have:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems (Oracle & CPA preferred)
* Knowledge and practical understanding of Time & Attendance and access control systems
