What you will do:
Work collaboratively with adult-focused practitioners to address areas like substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health.
Conduct assessments and create well-informed plans to support children and families.
Manage a varied caseload with the support of permanent Team Managers and Consultant Social Workers, enabling you to apply innovative approaches.
Engage directly with children to understand their perspectives and experiences.
Support families using a strengths-based approach, in collaboration with the wider family network.
Participate in regular reflective supervision to enhance your professional practice.
This role demands a skilled and qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, possessing experience in child and family social work.
