Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Nursery Administrator to join our growing nursery settings in Edmonton and Enfield. Our nurseries provide high-quality childcare and education for children under 5 years old. We are seeking someone who is proactive, professional, and passionate about supporting our team and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage nursery administration, including admissions, registers, and attendance records.
Provide excellent customer service to parents, staff, and visitors.
Support the management team with HR, invoicing, and funding paperwork.
Ensure all documentation complies with Ofsted and local authority requirements.
Maintain accurate records for children, staff, and financial transactions.
Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an admin or office role (education/nursery experience desirable).
Strong IT skills (MS Office, nursery software experience beneficial – e.g., Famly).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
