We specialise in rosette standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to produce Modern British Fayre.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair in team management and leadership within a hospitality background.

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Hosting & Maîtres D’: manage reservations, greeting and seating customers on arrival
* Oversee the timely & accurate delivery of food & drink
* Answer questions regarding menus & make recommendations
* Opening & closing business
* Support senior management on daily running of business
* Maintaining standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
* Training new staff to our high standard of service
* Collaborate with kitchen to ensure our food quality and presentation
* Organise & manage events and create promoting social media content
* Develop and implement strategies for high revenue
Skills & Experience:
* Proven leadership & team motivation abilities
* Strong hospitality background (bartending/serving experience)
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to problem-solving & decision making

Shift Examples:
* 40-45 hours a week of 8 shifts
* Day shifts can include: 930am-4pm / 1130am-4pm
* Evening shifts: 530pm-11pm (approx.)
