Rate of Pay: £24.00 - £31.70 per hour
Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to manage projects within a major ERP Programme. The role will lead implementation activity and manage key change initiatives across pre- and post-implementation phases. You will work closely with senior leadership, Programme Board members and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within timescales and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a project team delivering ERP projects
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and resources
* Ensure strong project governance and risk management
* Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and Programme Board
* Lead change management activities and support business readiness
Qualifications:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths
* Relevant project/programme management qualification (desirable)
* Commitment to continuous professional development
Essential Requirements:
* Experience leading ICT project teams
* Experience delivering business change programmes
* Experience managing, coaching and supporting others
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
